This annual IGLTA Foundation fundraiser event is held each year in conjunction with the IGLTA Global Convention, by attending you will help raise funds to support global LGBTQ+ education, research and the next generation of industry leaders.

IGLTA has once again selected the TWI Group to coordinate the shipping, receiving and delivery of equipment, display and collateral materials.
All individual shipments will be sent to a warehouse, to be stored until the start of the convention, consolidated and transported as one to the Host Hotel.
NO CONFLICTING EVENTS POLICY : Businesses and individuals associated with IGLTA, the IGLTA Foundation and/or the IGLTA Global Convention, including but not limited to Members, Partners, Board Members, Convention Sponsors and Convention Participants, may not organize or sponsor any activities that conflict with the official IGLTA Global Convention program or sponsored events during official convention hours. IGLTA Convention Sponsors have made significant investments in specific portions of the program, and we want all registered delegates and convention participants to be able to enjoy this annual, one-of-a-kind experience without distraction.
Registration Includes: Educational Sessions, General Sessions, Networking Meals, Evening Receptions, the Media Networking Session and the IGLTA Foundation Volunteer/Educational Events.
Registration Does Not Include: Airfare, Hotel Accommodations, Breakfast, VOYAGE: The IGLTAF Benefit, or Buyer/Supplier Marketplace.

There is a $75 USD service charge on all refunds.
PHOTOGRAPHY RELEASE
Attendee acknowledges that IGLTA has the irrevocable right to use recordings or photography of any kind which have been produced within the framework of the IGLTA Convention and Voyage, for its own purposes. By participating in the IGLTA Convention and/or Voyage, Attendee grants IGLTA a royalty-free license to take photographs, video, and other images of Attendee's exhibits or other means of participation in the IGLTA Convention and/or Voyage, and to use such photographs and images for any reason whatsoever without compensation to the Attendee.
